Refund Policy

1. You may return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of dispatch for a full refund of the purchase price. 2. Where a product is faulty, damaged in transit or substantially different from how it was described, you are entitled to a refund, exchange or repair under the Australian Consumer Law. 3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned goods.
