Ferndale Co collects the minimum personal information needed to ship your order and contact you about it — name, delivery address, email, and phone number. Payment is processed by Stripe, who hold your card details under their own privacy framework; we never see or store the full card number.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Order records are retained for tax and warranty purposes as required by Australian law. The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) gives you the right to access and correct your personal information held with us — drop us a line at the contact address and we'll arrange it.
